Our cuisine, based on Spanish and Native American traditions is distinctive—a little different from the food you'll find in Texas, Arizona or Mexico. In our gift shop, you'll find everything you need to create tasty New Mexico dishes at home—dried red chile, the ingredients for posole, the tasty pork stew that's a popular menu item, salsa, cookbooks, and regional jams and jellies. Decorative items, like a retablo (painting on wood) of San Pascual, the patron of the kitchen, add Southwestern warmth to your kitchen—or a friend's.
